WHAT?!

Shopping with Bling.

It doesn’t matter how hip and awesomely street you think you are. There’s always someone who take it to a whole new level.

Just like the grocery market called Okko, in Istanbul. Their tricked out, pimped up shopping Karts are the perfect accompaniment to your oversized tees, baggy pants and street swagger.

I’m sure it’ll look awesome half filled with 3 screaming kids and stacks of home brand goods. Pure class!

Life was simple as a child. You could be entertained by a stuffed toy with someone’s hand rammed up its backside. But in this modern age of video games and internet, it’s refreshing to see that these simple little creatures can still draw a smile. Best of all, they’re back in in Full HD with a cover of Queen’s classic hit Bohemian Rhapsody.

Battle At The Berrics 2.

The Finals of Battle At The Berrics 2 just wrapped up.

For the uninitiated, this is like Clash of the Titans on skateboards. The best street skaters go head-to-head, matching each others tricks, blow for blow.

This years final was a face off between Chris Cole & Paul Rodriguez. And it was bangin’!!

You can see the whole contest at the Berrics site here: Battle At The Berrics 2

There’s some incredible tattoo artists out there who create masterpieces on flesh, way better than i can draw. And then there’s a whole bunch of people who choose to ignore these artists and get retarded scribbles that are just so fucking ridiculous. Why? Seriously?

You total douche.

Mind-bending.

Coming home to this outdoor area after one too many brews could see you covering your own back yard with the contents of your stomach. But, it turns out that was the reaction Senior Apple Exec Jeff Dauber was after, when he briefed the Berkeley-based architect Thom Faulders.

He’s quoted as saying, “I wanted someone to barf when they look at it.”

I think he’ll get his desired result soon enough.

Getting sick just got better.

Stark white walls. Fluorescent lights. Cold, sterile environments. There’s nothing appealing about a visit to the hospital. Especially if you’re trying to deal with a serious illness on top of bad decor.

Luckily the caring chaps over at Phillips have decided to shake things up with an ambient lighting, multimedia experience. The patient can choose from a variety of themes that surrounds them in a complete multi-sensory environment.

Maybe hospitals aren’t such a bad place to be after all……..maybe.
